Blue Moon

Much was made of the New Years blue moon. It was pretty, but in other parts of the world, they had more reason to enjoy it with a 8% partial eclipse in Europe, Asia, Africa and parts of Alaska. The following are some photos from around the world. (Click on the thumbnail for the larger photo.)
